LANDSKRON CUP.
THE CASE.

The Landskron Cup is a traditional tennis tournament in Bättwil, Switzerland. The new edition of the tournament, launched in 2023, aimed to have a unique corporate identity to distinguish it from other regional tournaments.

The Trade Gothic Next LT is the sans-serif font used for body text. It's simple, modern, and universally applicable. The Bely Display is the font used for headlines. It's a classic font that contrasts with the bold branding. It pairs perfectly with the Trade Gothic and reflects the historical significance of the Landskron ruin. A color palette with bright and expressive colors was chosen, some of which are "neon" in style. The yellow color represents tennis and is meant to create a distinct identity. The other colors complement the classic tennis color and provide a strong contrast to the serene white of the sport. The brand colors are always used on dark (black) backgrounds.

From tournament merchandise to the program booklet, everything had to be designed and implemented to give the Landskron Cup a well-thought-out appearance from the first to the last point. The end products are versatile, and the branding is consistent.

Black is the central color, serving as a modern and contrasting element to tennis, and in combination with the color accents, it becomes an unmistakable game changer.
